Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Most of our products can be personalized with names, ranks, units, dates, quotes, photos, logos, or custom artwork. If you have a vision in mind, send us a message and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
Can I see a mockup before production?
Absolutely. Custom orders typically include a digital mockup for approval before production begins to ensure everything looks right.
Can you create military plaques for specific branches or units?
Yes. We specialize in military-inspired pieces and can customize plaques for promotions, retirements, PCS/separations, deployments, awards, and squadron or unit recognition.
Can I submit my own photo or artwork?
Yes. Higher-resolution files produce the best results. If needed, we can also help clean up or adjust images.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days depending on complexity and current order volume. Larger or highly customized projects may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you offer rush orders?

Do you ship internationally?

Quality
Are your products handmade?
Each item is designed, laser engraved, UV printed, assembled, and finished with attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and make every piece unique.
Will the engraving fade over time?
With proper care, laser engraving and UV printing are designed to last for years. Avoid prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, and direct sunlight exposure when possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is an issue caused by us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible for custom items.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my plaque or artwork?
Keep products indoors in a cool, dry area. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Avoid excessive heat, water exposure, or abrasive cleaners.
Are your plaques ready to hang?
Most wall pieces include hanging hardware or are designed for easy display. Product listings will specify included mounting options.

Do you use customer photos of finished products?
By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge that completed products may be photographed and displayed on our website, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
Can I request a private order that is not posted online?
Yes. If you would prefer your order remain private, please let us know during checkout or message us directly before production.
